linitoto Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between each eligible user and linitoto concerning access to and use of the website, account functions, sports betting markets, casino entertainment, promotions and related services. By registering, accessing an account, depositing funds or using any linitoto feature, the user confirms that these Terms & Conditions have been read, understood and accepted.

A user who does not agree must not register or continue using linitoto. Definitions

Account

The personal linitoto profile registered and used by an eligible individual.

Player or User

Services

Bet or Wager

An instruction accepted by linitoto to stake funds on a specified event, market or game outcome under the displayed rules and odds.

Payment Method

An approved bank, e-wallet or other transaction option displayed in the account area, which may include Malaysian services where available.

Account Eligibility

A linitoto account may be opened only by a natural person who is at least 21 years old, has legal capacity to enter an agreement and is permitted to use online gambling services from the location in which the services are accessed. The user is responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to that user.

• Only one account is permitted per individual unless linitoto gives prior written approval.
• The account must be registered for the user's personal benefit and must not be sold, transferred or shared.
• A user must not register on behalf of another person or allow a minor to access the services.

Registration, Verification and Account Security

Registration information must be accurate, complete and current. Login details are confidential. The user must create a strong password, keep verification codes private and notify linitoto promptly if unauthorised access is suspected. Activity performed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless the circumstances reasonably indicate a security breach. A user must not share an account with family, friends, agents or third parties.

linitoto may delay an account action or transaction while verification is outstanding. Providing false, altered or misleading documentation may result in restriction, closure, cancellation of affected transactions and referral where legally required.

Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made through a method available in the user's linitoto account. Depending on availability, options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank or supported digital assets. Mention of a method does not guarantee that it will be available to every user or at all times.

Transaction limits, estimated processing periods and fees are displayed where relevant and may vary by method, verification level, banking hours or maintenance. Deposits are not guaranteed to be immediate. Bank transfers may require reconciliation, while digital-asset transfers depend on the correct network and sufficient blockchain confirmation.

• Users must generally use payment methods registered in their own name.
• linitoto does not provide credit, and deposited money should come from lawful, affordable personal funds.
• Withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit route where practical and legally appropriate.
• Identity, turnover, fraud-prevention or source-of-funds checks may be completed before withdrawal.
• The user is responsible for entering accurate bank, wallet and network details.

A mistaken transfer, incorrect cryptocurrency network or inaccurate account number may be irreversible. linitoto may deduct lawful processing costs caused by rejected or reversed transactions where clearly permitted and disclosed.

Sports Betting and Casino Rules

A wager becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by linitoto. The bet slip, account history or transaction record will indicate whether acceptance occurred. Merely requesting a bet does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, and the player must review the final odds, selection and stake.

Sports markets involving the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or other events are settled according to the published market rules and official result source selected by linitoto. Rules concerning postponement, abandonment, dead heats, extra time, participant withdrawal and obvious errors may differ by sport and market.

Casino outcomes are governed by the applicable game rules. RTP is a theoretical long-term percentage and does not guarantee a return during a particular session. A technical display error does not create entitlement to an incorrect payment. linitoto may correct an obvious pricing, settlement or software error and adjust the affected account to the position that would reasonably have applied without that error.

Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions

Each linitoto promotion is governed by its own terms in addition to this agreement. A bonus may include a wagering requirement, maximum qualifying stake, game-contribution rate, expiry period and maximum cash-out.

If slots contribute 100% but table games contribute 20%, a MYR 100 table-game wager may count as only MYR 20. Promotions are limited to one eligible participant, household, device, payment method or other stated unit where specified. linitoto may withhold or remove a bonus obtained through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, manipulation, false information or another material breach. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use linitoto to engage in unlawful, dishonest, abusive or technically harmful conduct. Prohibited activity includes:

• Opening duplicate or false accounts or using another person's identity;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment instruments;
• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping or coordinated exploitation;
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or unauthorised software;
• Exploiting an obvious error, delayed feed, technical fault or pricing mistake;
• Attempting to bypass geographic, security, verification or responsible gambling controls;
• Threatening support personnel or submitting fraudulent chargebacks;
• Using linitoto to launder money, conceal proceeds or facilitate unlawful transactions.

linitoto may investigate suspicious activity and may request reasonable evidence. During an investigation, affected balances, transactions or account functions may be temporarily restricted to protect users and service integrity.

Suspension, Closure and Inactive Accounts

A player may request account closure subject to settlement of outstanding matters and applicable responsible gambling controls. linitoto may suspend or close an account where verification fails, prohibited activity is suspected, these Terms & Conditions are materially breached, continued access creates a security concern or closure is required by law.

Where a breach is established, linitoto may cancel affected wagers, remove improperly obtained promotional benefits and withhold funds directly connected with fraud or prohibited conduct, subject to applicable requirements. Legitimate undisputed balances will be handled through an appropriate verified payment method.

Accounts unused for an extended period may be classified as inactive under any policy disclosed to the player. Before an inactivity charge is imposed, the amount, timing and reactivation process should be communicated as required.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Maintenance, telecommunications failure, device compatibility, power disruption, supplier outage, cyber incident or an event beyond reasonable control may affect access.
